Sorry about the awkward title - I just ran across this big list of blogs with a high google page rank.
You can use these blogs to help build backlinks to your own website. Simply pick blogs that are related to your site then post related comments to some of their topics and make sure to include a link to your website.
You may or may not notice extra traffic from this method but webmasters generally look at blog commenting as a way to build links.
